I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the Savoy Westend. The location was beautiful and the villas were elegantly decorated. The spa was excellent, with a lovely pool and great facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided great service. The hotel had a classic design and the underground car park with porter service was very convenient.
There were a few minor issues during my stay. Some furniture in the room needed maintenance and the parking daily fee seemed a bit high.

Great location for exploring the city, within walking distance of attractions. Lovely building with spacious rooms. Good breakfast with vegan options. Efficient staff in the breakfast room. Very professional personnel in F&B, porterage, and reception. Basic amenities of a 5 star hotel. Excellent swimming pool and massage center.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the town center, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. Guests have mentioned that it is not far from the center and even located on the Russian church. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with a nice view of the surroundings. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of delicious food. the staff provided good service and were helpful throughout the stay.

Nestled in a serene location, this hotel provides the ultimate luxurious experience. From the spa and wellness center to the indoor swimming pool, there is something for everyone. the massage services were top-notch and left us feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had delectable cuisine and drinks.
The only minor issue we encountered was the limited choices of special diet menus. the exceptional service from the staff and the panoramic view from the sun terrace made up for it.

The hotel was absolutely luxurious, with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the service was exceptional, and the spa & wellness center was truly relaxing with a wide range of treatments on offer. I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, steam room, and sauna, which were all well-maintained and clean. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for taking a leisurely stroll and enjoying the stunning surroundings.
The only minor issue I had with the hotel was the dining experience, which could have been improved with more extensive menus and special diet options. this was a small issue compared to the overall positive experience.
